You and the small crew awaken from suspended animation. The ship's computer is offline, so one knows how long they were asleep. Everyone is floating within the ship; there is no gravity. The electronic view ports are not working. The lights work. "Could we be in free fall near a star?" someone asks. How can you determine if you are far out in space, or near a star?
